Checking Irrigation System at Home Inspection

Over time, irrigation systems can spring leaks, valves can fail and emitters get plugged. Many of our Ventana Canyon Home Buyers have the irrigation system checked during the Home Inspection. Issues and concerns found will be included on the inspection report. The home buyer then has the opportunity to ask the seller to make repairs if necessary. We want our clients to be informed about the condition of the property they are purchasing.
La Encantada Mall Art Show Tucson AZ
Tim & I strolled through the fine art show at La Encantada Mall on Sunday. One of the best things about living in Ventana Canyon is that fine shopping, dining and events, like this fine art show, are only minutes away. The show featured local artisans with painters and jewelers displaying many unique items. We grabbed a quick bite afterward at AJ's Fine Foods while sitting on the outdoor patio enjoying the wonderful weather.
Fit Body Gym in the Catalina Foothills, Tucson AZ
Tim & I visited the Grand Opening of the Fit Body Bootcamp at 6430 N. Swan Road in the brand new office complex at Swan and Old Skyline Road near the entrance to Skyline Country Club. The new club offers small group classes or one-on-one personal training. Great Catalina Foothills location for those who live in Ventana Canyon. Tell the owner Craig Jackson that Laura says Hi.

One of the benefits to living in the Ventana Canyon is all of the fine dining options you have. Tim & I dined at Vivace last night which is one of our favorite restaurants in Tucson and has wonderful food, service and stunning views. I highly recommend the pork chop.
Hiking at Beautiful Sabino Canyon in Tucson AZ
Living in Ventana Canyon, you have a wide variety of hiking trails nearby. One of our favorites is Sabino Canyon. In the spring the river flowing down from the snow capped Mt. Lemmon in the Catalina Mountains.
